Eligibility Criteria for MHADA Lottery LIG Scheme Mumbai 2018
Those who earn up to Rs 3 lakh yearly and do not own a house anywhere in India can apply. For different categories, however, the income slab is different. For instance, the combined monthly income of a husband and wife between April 2017 and March 2018 should not exceed Rs 25,000, if they want to apply for a home in the EWS category.
Similarly, the combined monthly income of a couple to apply for a home in the LIG category in the same period should be between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000. The average monthly income of a couple should be between Rs 51,000 and Rs 75,00 to apply for a unit in the MIG category while their income should be Rs 75,001 and above to apply for a unit in the HIG category.
